My love for Coconut

For my first post, I would like to share with you my love for coconut and coconut products. As you know, I have had Diabetes since I was 17 months old. After the birth of my second child in February 2009, I started experiencing a lot of health issues; vertigo, fatigue, always cold, lethargy, dry skin and hair. I just felt awful in general. Post-It Note Tuesday: Caffeinated Edition
